Unit X represents the capstone experience for our Graphic Design students at Manchester Metropolitan University. It encompasses six distinct live projects, sourced from a diverse group of partners—ranging from individual collaborators to institutes, companies, and collectives, both nationally and internationally. Our quest is to present a varied palette of challenges, be it in type design, branding, publication projects, socially- engaged practices, collaborative efforts, and beyond. These initiatives are designed to immerse our students in authentic industry experiences.
