Poster on running and health

This poster outlines the health and wellbeing aspects of Kai's work around running as an arts and humanities discourse through her solo, collaborative and curatorial practice-led research, since 2009. Its hands on or rather feet-on activities often have the by-product of helping to enhance the wellbeing of participants, and/ or their agency.

The poster was displayed at the grand hall of the Whitworth Art Gallery during the Museums in Art & Health Conference which was attended by researchers and practitioners in the arts, culture and health.
