In the autumn of 2008 Derbyshire Community Health Services, the provider services arm of Derbyshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT) commissioned Arts for Health at Manchester Metropolitan University (AfH) to undertake a scoping exercise across Derbyshire to understand the potential of culture and the arts within the PCT.
