The Manchester & Osaka Arts & Health Partnership

With generous funding from the Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation, Clive Parkinson is building a collaborative arts/health partnership with the city of Osaka. His Japanese counterpart is the artist Professor Yutaka Moriguchi of Kindai University. (2018/19)
