Shoppers see fashion students’ work
Trafford Centre displays designs
Stylish outfits designed and created by MMU’s BA Fashion students are on display at the Trafford Centre.
Huge hoardings covered with images taken by School of Art BA Photography students for the 2008 Fashion Book are currently lining the precincts of the largest shopping centre in the North West.
Marketing bosses at the Trafford Centre spotted the work of last year’s graduating fashion students online and thought their designs fitted the brand perfectly.
The hoardings, which include the work of Graduate Fashion Week Innovation Award winner Thomas Rothery, have proved a great success and plans are afoot to expand their use across the shopping centre.
