MMU Fashion Show

AFTER making a splash at London Graduate Fashion Week, MMU’s current crop of designers are staging a catwalk show in Manchester.

Stunning creations from the talented BA (Hons) Fashion final-year group will be paraded at the Capitol Theatre, MMU, Oxford Road on June 22.

Three shows are being held at 1.30pm 4.30pm and 7.30pm and tickets are £5 in advance from p.bois@mmu.ac.uk or tel 0161 247 3525.

After scooping three prizes at last year’s Graduate Fashion Week, the MMU group were again among the finalists at the huge gala show in Battersea Park (June 10-12).

MMU fashion students - Claire Nell-Smith and Oliver Goddard - recently won national awards from the Royal Society of the Advancement of the Arts (RSA), two of only four awarded nationally.
